Rental duration

• You stay the number of months you need

• You can extend your contract as often as you need (if still available)

• The contract can be ended at anytime with a notice period of two (full) months.

 

Viewing

Obviously you want to come visit the house before booking anything 😉

Booking

To book the room, please contact me at info@gustavehouse.be to get a contract proposal.

Then you send

• a scan of the contract signed

• a copy of your ID card

• a proof of a bank transfer of 250€

This amount will be deducted from the deposit (900€) when you move in​.

Deposit

• You pay the remaining amount (deposit-booking = 650€) before the day you move in.

• The full amount (900€) will be returned at the end of the contract.
  It can be given in cash or by bank transfer to Marc Durieux (see above).

• Utilities (heating, electricity, wifi, cleaning): 160€ /month
